Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to:

• Decline an order.
• Cancel an order.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Request additional information before processing an order.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded.

Payments

Payment must be successfully authorized before production or shipment begins. Orders remain pending until payment has been confirmed.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Sohnas.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy.

Made-To-Order and Private Tailoring garments are subject to different return conditions than Ready-To-Wear products.

Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.

Sohnas is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

If you are unsure about any measurement, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Made-To-Order & Private Tailoring

Because these garments are created specifically for each client:

• Production begins after order confirmation.
• Design approvals may be required before production.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• These garments are generally not eligible for return except in cases covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website: including photographs, illustrations, logos, graphics, text, designs, branding, and other materials - is the property of Sohnas or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
